Mary has been involved in the financial services industry for over 12 years and has worked in all aspects of administration during this time. As part of her role Mary deals with client enquiries and liaises with the various life and investment companies to ensure prompt completion of all outstanding business. She also oversees the running of the back office and the day to day administration of the business. Mary has completed her Diploma of Financial Services (FP) and is also a qualified finance broker.

Tiharna McGregor - Client Service Officer
Tiharna began working with Infocus West Perth in April 2009. Although Tiharna is new to the finance industry, she is excited to start her career path with Infocus, with sights of studying finance.
She is an assistant to the Client Service Officers and her duties include various roles within the back office administration. Tiharna is the first point of contact for all clients. Tiharna’s previous position as an assistant manager with a well known Australian retail outlet holds her in good stead and has help her develop her excellent client service skills. Tiharna brings her natural enthusiasm and happy and friendly disposition to her role. |
