Infocus advice models are the processes that take a client from initial contact through to the review. They provide structure to the sale, service and ongoing communication, improving both the experience and outcome for our clients. In addition, the advice models will assist you in the recruitment and development of additional advisers.

Our advice models are the result of extensive consultation with our advisers, with the aim of getting the best ideas from within our network and building a best practice advice model. This has allowed us to market to-and build the process around-one relatively consistent approach across the network.
