Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is available to existing Infocus customers who meet the eligibility criteria.

Infocus reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Promotion at its discretion, and any decision on the Promotion is at the sole discretion of Infocus.

Eligibility criteria

• To be eligible for this Promotion, you must have received financial advice from an Infocus Financial Adviser in the last 3 years;
• You must successfully refer a new customer via the following link; https://www.infocus.com.au/refer-a-friend
• To qualify as an Eligible Referral for the Promotion, the referred friend must:
- not be an existing customer of Infocus;
- have been referred to Infocus by an existing customer who meets the Eligibility criteria;
- sign up to Infocus using the existing customers’ unique online ‘refer a friend’ link;
- sign up to receiving financial advice from an Infocus Financial Adviser;
• Where multiple referrals are received, the overall discount will be capped at 25%;
• You must let the person know you are referring them to Infocus and will be rewarded for the referral.
• Eligible referrals will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by Infocus and not at the time of transmission.
• Infocus is not responsible for lost or misdirected referrals, or incorrect information entered into the form.
• Infocus is not responsible for technical difficulties with the referral mechanism and does not warrant that the referral mechanism will be available at all times.
